Disappointment. No one wants to feel it or be the subject of it. Today I suffer the wrath of both. I am disappointed in myself. My weigh in today was horrendous. I am UP to 168. I gained almost 2 pounds this week and it is my fault. I didn't exercise enough and I didn't eat well enough. Now I have to make up for it.
My goals for this week are these:
- Work out 5 days this week, whether it be Wii or walking/running
- Track everything
- Lose 1 pound by next weigh in
I know I can do this because I have faith in myself.
